The relationship between you and your supplier is complex and the quality related requirements within the supply chain (whether from ISO 9001) are becoming increasingly important. Brand image, such as stated in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), can benefit from a profound supplier assessment.
But how to keep a grip on your suppliers, which system is suitable and what are the criteria for measuring the service provided? During this course you will gain insight into the various criteria, the set up of a system , the method of measurement and how to execute. Afterwards you should be able to effectively assess suppliers and establish an assessment system.

After concluding the training, the participants will be able to plan, prepare and execute supplier audits both independently and in a team. In addition, participants will be able to categorize suppliers, clearly report recommendations and manage improvement actions.
