"I signed up for this course in mid-late February. I was super excited about having an all in one opportunity to learn about AI & Machine Learning, and to use the skills I gained through what seemed to be a great program to further my career prospects. I honestly had an absolutely DREADFUL experience with Simplilearn's program. First of all, at the time of signing up, I was led to believe that the program was equally accessible for mobile and desktop users. This is not true, but I wouldn't learn that until a few weeks in after I'd emailed Simplilearn's customer support about not having access to the projects via the mobile app. After a relatively short waiting period Simplilearn informed me that several of the key aspects of the program had to be done through a laptop or desktop. After this I began using a laptop, only to find that I still couldn't access the labs properly because the option to import the material Simplilearn wanted me to was not there. I emailed Simplilearn again, and they sent me an email saying that they were looking into the issue and that I'd receive an email from them when they'd figured it out. I ran into another 2-3 issues with the program, for which I also had to reach out to Simplilearn support - all of which burned a lot of time from the program, and more crucially, drained my motivation to learn this stuff through them. So much of the program is non-intuitive, and a number of materials failed to work until a back and forth Simplilearn's support occurred. After a number of issues I abandoned trying to learn this program that I paid so much to get into. I'm filling out this review as I get on my way to my warehouse job at 5:30am, in part to earn enough money to try to learn AI and machine learning through a different company. Honestly I cannot recommend this program at this time. I tried to submit this same review earlier in the day, and it's fitting that even this page was getting error messages." - 06-11-2021 08:33
