Pilates is a form of exercise seeking the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness, to support efficient and graceful movement. Pilates is not only a series of exercises but a pathway to healthier and happier living.

Pilates Basics:

During this introductory course we will explain the Pilates Principles of movement to help you get more from your weekly workouts and to benefit the most from this wonderful method.

We will work in very small groups (max. 7students) to ensure that the instructor is able to give personal attention and feedback to each student.

-What to expect:

Explanation about the Pilates Method and how to practice it effectively. Learn and do Preparatory & Basic Pilates Mat Exercises.

-Requirements:

No previous experience with Pilates or anatomy knowledge required.
